#233 – A good change
Let’s talk about change. I’ll start with two quotes:
“Not every change means an improvement. But if anything is to improve, it has to change.” (Georg Christoph Lichtenberg)
“Waiting for change without doing anything yourself is like standing at a train station waiting for a ship.”
People are creatures of habit. Change breaks habits and change is uncomfortable.
But for a good change, brakemen stand in your way. You need accelerators. But how do you turn brakemen into accelerators?
