I want to contribute to this with my partners and with my 30 years of practical management experience in small and large companies, from the first-time manager to the European board with responsibility for 12,000 people. By far the most common reason employees leave companies is poor leadership. Therefore, my cooperation partners and I have only one wish – to help you, your employees and your company to be significant and successful in the long term through consistent good leadership.
Our offer includes leadership and strategy and is accompanied by effective change processes. All our customer consultants have at least 15 years of management experience in national and international companies.
