My hands-on leadership experience:
At the beginning of my career I managed 6 people as a first-time leader. Later I managed circa 12,000 as a board member for Europe.
I am a catalyst for good leadership. I have had 16 different bosses, 16 women and men, from whom I have learned. And I have been very fortunate to have some fantastic supervisors who have challenged and encouraged me, who have critiqued and praised me, who have always given me a little more responsibility than I thought I could bear.
They believed in me, and they gave me confidence.
I would like to pass on my vision for a world where every employee leads well and feels well led.
