It’s the beginning of November, which means: It’s time again for the LEITWOLF learnings of the month.
„I don’t get enough freedom…”, some employees complain and leave.
„Mr. Homeister, we would like to hand over more responsibility to our second level of management. But she doesn’t want to lead, she doesn’t want to make decisions…”, many a board member complains to me.
These are two situations that inspired me for the October learnings. The dilemma of the two situations is the question: How much autonomy and how much consistency?
