#198 – courage
Yesterday a CEO asked me “How do I get off this hamster wheel? We are overtaking ourselves in our transformation. We changed our system and couldn’t invoice for 3 months. And I never really learned good leadership, I lead by instinct and I always feel a bit insecure. How do I get out of this constant fire-fighting mode?”
This insecurity is completely understandable and one possible approach is courage!
